The room had central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV, along with a bathroom equipped with a bidet, and its ideal location a short stroll from Sant'antonio Catholic Church added to the experience.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. I loved the location, which was central; a short-to-medium walk to everything. The room was very comfortable, equipped with TV, which was helpful during the U.S. election.
The one elevator was sluggish, especially when a busload of visitors arrived or breakfasted.

Our romantic escape to this hotel was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the rain shower and the cozy bed. The location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. We especially enjoyed the happy hour with the delicious cheese and wine.
The only negative aspect was the lack of variety at breakfast. We would have liked to see more options.

Can't fault anything about it.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay! Loved the two complementary facts- the barista-made coffee and excellent breakfast buffet that catered to different tastes, both Italian and American. The hotel's key location made it convenient to explore the stunning Tuscan region. The friendly staff made us feel right at home, with impeccable cleanliness and attentive service for the rooms.
Couldn't really find any dislikes during my stay - the main road outside might have been a concern for outside noise, though the double glazing worked perfectly to deny any disturbances. The only thing that could have been improved would be more variety in the dinner menu, though the food overall was still excellent.

the hotel's central location in the city center made getting around a breeze, and the train station close by was perfect for trips to Florence and Lucca. the well-kept rooms had comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and unique balconies that made the space feel larger than it was.
One night the restaurant was closed, leaving us without the option to dine in.

A delightful and clean hotel with a wonderful and helpful staff. The location is great for getting around the city, close to the train station and the festival. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, with a fantastic shower. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to help guests. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the restaurant offered elegant and delicious dinners. The hotel provided great facilities and advantages, including a cozy and quiet bar lobby and a lovely balcony.
One small discomfort was the limited availability of sockets in the room, which could be easily solved with an extension cord.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and just a short distance from the city center, so we easily visited numerous restaurants. Moreover, the hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities we needed, including a good breakfast. But the best part of our stay was the excellent staff who were welcoming and gave us great tips on how to get around and where to go.

Exceptional Service!
I want to thank the staff at Puccini for the warm welcome I received upon arrival. The hotel went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The rooms were ready and the staff even accommodated my late dinner request. The dining room staff, Rosa and Marco, were incredibly attentive and ready to assist at any time. Anna, the maid, was exceptional and made the room beautiful and hospitable. Stephanie and Elena were extremely helpful in providing information and organizing excursions. And a special shoutout to the hotel for helping me surprise my wife with a memorable party.
